運送政策

運送政策 Delivery Policy

1. 配送範圍及運費 Shipping Destinations & Fees

  • 香港及澳門 (Hong Kong & Macau)

    • 運費 (Shipping Fee): 全單免運費 (Free Shipping on all orders)

    • 配送方式 (Method): 順豐速運 SF Express 或其他本地速運公司

    • 我們支援順豐智能櫃、順豐站自取及工商/住宅地址上門派送。

    • We support SF Lockers, SF Service Centers pick-up, and door-to-door delivery to commercial/residential addresses.

  • 全球海外地區 (International / Global)

    • 運費 (Shipping Fee): 按重量及地區計算 (Calculated by weight and destination at checkout)

    • 配送方式 (Method): 香港郵政特快專遞 SpeedPost

    • 運費將於結帳頁面自動顯示。

    • Shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. 訂單處理及發貨時間 Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • 訂單處理 (Processing):

    • 確認付款後，我們將於 1-2 個工作天內處理並寄出您的包裹。

    • Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • 截單時間 (Cut-off Time):

    • 每日下午 12:00 前完成付款的訂單會於當日處理，之後的訂單將於下一個工作天處理。

    • Orders placed before 12:00 will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • 工作天 (Business Days):

    • 星期一至星期五 (公眾假期除外)。

    • Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

3. 預計運送時間 Estimated Delivery Time

  • 香港及澳門 (Hong Kong & Macau): 寄出後約 1-3 個工作天送達 (1-3 business days after dispatch)。

  • 海外地區 (International): 視乎目的地，一般約 7-14 個工作天 (7-14 business days, depending on destination)。

  • 請注意：預計運送時間僅供參考，實際時間可能受物流公司運作、天氣或海關檢查等因素影響。

  • Please note: Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

4. 貨到付款 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • 我們為香港地區提供「貨到付款」服務，您可選擇以現金或電子支付方式於收貨時向順豐速運人員付款。

  • We offer "Cash on Delivery" service for Hong Kong orders. You can pay cash or use electronic payment methods to the SF Express courier upon delivery.

5. 郵件追蹤 Order Tracking

  • 包裹寄出後，您將會收到一封包含運單號碼 (Tracking Number) 的電郵通知。您可以透過順豐速運或 SpeedPost 網站追蹤最新的運送狀態。

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a Tracking Number. You can track your shipment status via the SF Express or SpeedPost website.

6. 稅項及關稅 Taxes & Duties (For International Orders)

  • 海外訂單之收件人需自行負責該地區可能產生的進口關稅或稅項。這些費用由當地海關徵收，Skinnymore 無法控制或預計相關費用。

  • Recipients of international orders are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply. These charges are imposed by local customs, and Skinnymore has no control over or ability to predict these fees.

7. 更改地址或聯絡資料 Change of Address

  • 如需更改送貨資料，請盡快透過電郵或 WhatsApp 聯絡我們。如包裹已經寄出，物流公司可能會收取額外更改地址的費用，此費用需由客戶承擔。

  • If you need to change your shipping details, please contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. If the parcel has already been dispatched, the courier may charge an additional fee for address changes, which will be borne by the customer.
